How can technological innovations move beyond short-term fads and become long-term productive forces? The Summer Davos forum, currently underway in Dalian, China, has provided an answer to this question: innovation on a grand scale. The China Central Television Network (CGTN) conducted a survey of Internet users worldwide, showing that 93.4 percent of respondents noted that China has a large market and diverse usage scenarios, which provide a broad experimental platform for the practical application of technological innovations.

In the survey, 88 percent of respondents noted that only through application in real industrial scenarios can technology face practical problems such as complex market requirements, capital management, and supply chain optimization.

Regarding large-scale innovations in the field of artificial intelligence, 73.6 percent of respondents noted that whether these products are low-cost, widely applicable and highly effective in daily use is a test of the value of new achievements in artificial intelligence innovations. 93.2 percent of respondents noted that China has a complete industrial manufacturing system and strong engineering capabilities, so it can quickly turn new technological breakthroughs into products, production chains and industrial capabilities.

The survey was conducted on the English, Spanish, French, Arabic and Russian websites of CGTN  Within 24 hours, 5,913 internet users participated in the vote and expressed their opinions.
