Phnom Penh: Vietnam has announced its support for a peaceful resolution of the Cambodia-Thailand border issue and continued to strengthen military cooperation with Cambodia.

General Vong Pisen thanked Vietnam for supporting the ceasefire and seeking a peaceful solution to the Cambodia-Thailand border issue, as well as sending officers to join the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT).
