Dr. Ly Thuj’s call came on the occasion of participating as a speaker and sharing Cambodia’s experience in the high-level discussion under the theme “Asia-Pacific in Motion: New Powers, Old Rivalries” held during the Dubrovnik Forum 2026 on June 27, 2026 in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

On the occasion, the Senior Minister said that autonomy, dialogue and international law are essential for peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region amid the rise of multipolarity.
