Ms. Som Rasmey Hengsour, a member of the Cambodian Girl Scouts Association, was invited to participate as an honor in the opening ceremony of the 39th World Girl Scouts Convention and the 42nd Annual Meeting of The Olave Baden-Powell Society (OB-PS) 2026 and the Cambodia Night Ceremony.

Siem Reap: Ms. Som Rasmey Hengsour, a member of the Girl Scouts of Cambodia, was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the 39th World Girl Scout Convention and the 42nd Annual Meeting of The Olave Baden-Powell Society (OB-PS) 2026, under the high chairmanship of His Excellency Samdech Maha Prasad Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Her Excellency Dr. Pech Chanmony Hun Manet, Commissioner General of the Girl Scouts of Cambodia. At the same time, Ms. Som Rasmey Hengsour was also invited to participate as an honor in the CAMBODIA NIGHT ceremony under the high chairmanship of Her Excellency Dr. Pech Chanmony Hunmanet, General Secretary of the Cambodian Girl Scouts Association at the Elephant Arena, Angkor, Kingdom of Cambodia.

CAMBODIA NIGHT is the closing ceremony of the 39th World Girl Scout Convention and the 42nd Annual Meeting of the OB-PS Community 2026, which was held over the past 4 days (June 16-19, 2026) at the Sokha Hotel, Siem Reap, Angkor, Kingdom of Cambodia, with members from 153 countries from 5 regions: Asia Pacific, Europe, Arab Africa and the Western Hemisphere.
