Phnom Penh: Mr. Sok Siphanna, Senior Minister and Special Representative of the King in Charge of the Mission to the United Nations (UN), clearly emphasized at the UN Security Council that Cambodia is firmly committed to respecting international law in addressing maritime security issues.

On the occasion of the invitation to participate in the April High-Level Open Debate of the UN Security Council on “Safety and Security of Maritime Navigation” at UN Headquarters.
