Phnom Penh: Cambodian Ambassador to the Republic of Korea, Mr. Khuon Phonrattanak, was invited to attend the 1st International Capital/State Police Council Conference 2026 organized by Seoul Metropolitan Police Commissioner Park Jeong-bo in Seoul.

The conference forum was attended by police delegations from seven countries: Cambodia, South Korea, China, the Philippines, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and the Netherlands, as well as relevant international partner organizations, to strengthen cooperation in combating transnational crime and promoting public security.

The Cambodian delegation is led by Lieutenant General Chuon Narin, Deputy Commissioner-General of the National Police and Commissioner of the Phnom Penh Metropolitan Police, with the high permission of His Excellency Sar Sokha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, and General Sar Thet, Commissioner-General of the National Police.
